Transcrete America introduced their Hydraulic Tiger BV 50 ball valve machine to meet the demands of pumpers wanting to pump pea rock mixes long distances at a rate of around 50 cubic yards per hour BUT they were sick of having to use a large rock S-tube pump ………

WHY?

They don't pump out too well with water, the hose jumps around like an angry snake, they destroy formwork and are all together unpleasant to use. .

The answer to their prayers was the Transcrete BV 50, a hydraulic ball valve pump, it does a genuine 50 CYDS per hour, has a simple and efficient compensator to smooth out the line and most of all the manifold does not "plug up" even with 50/50 mixes.

Long hose jobs ……….. no problem. Low slump / harsh mixes no problem.
